1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, posting a deal, or browsing deals on PMMYDeals, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Who Can Use PMMYDeals
Shoppers can browse and redeem deals without an account. Vendors must be legitimate businesses and provide accurate information — including a valid email and business name — when creating an account.
3. Vendor Accounts & Deals
- You're responsible for the accuracy of deals, pricing, and coupon terms you post.
- Deals must be honored as described when a valid coupon code is presented.
- We may remove deals or suspend accounts that are fraudulent, misleading, or violate these terms.
- Free, Basic, and Premium subscription tiers each come with usage limits described on the pricing page — upgrading or downgrading is managed through the Stripe billing portal.
4. Integrations
Connecting Etsy or Shopify is optional and authorizes PMMYDeals to read your store's listings and active discount codes via their official APIs. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your vendor dashboard. Every sale is still processed entirely through your own store — PMMYDeals does not handle checkout or payment for your products.
5. Coupons & Redemptions
Coupon codes generated on PMMYDeals are single-use tokens tied to a specific deal. Vendors are responsible for honoring valid, unexpired codes at the terms stated in the deal description.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent deals or business information
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security controls, or account restrictions
- Scrape or resell deal data without permission
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
PMMYDeals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of vendor-provided deal information or for disputes between shoppers and vendors arising from a redeemed deal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMMYDeals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of PMMYDeals after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
